Sea Plus was incorporated some years ago to sell hovercraft. Hence the name. It has been inactive for many years, but has now been reactivated as a sailplane maintenance company.
Sea Plus, Inc. is owned and operated by Roger
Fowler. Roger's first exposure to composite
structures was when he worked as an engineer at
Boeing Helicopters. He has also worked as an
engineer at Piper Aircraft, Lord Corp., and IBM. He
has worked with composites in various projects and repairs over the years. During the last 13 years he has been doing more and more fiberglass sailplane repairs.
